Your seven-day tour leaves from Paris, with a stop to visit France’s Champagne region of Reims to see their historic cathedral, followed by a visit to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg highlights include: Place de Constitution and Pont Adolphe. Next you’ll experience the best of Germany including the Karl MarxHaus Museum&Porta Nigra in Trier, the charming Römerberg plaza in Frankfurt, the birthplace of the renowned composer Ludwig van Beethoven in Bonn, with free time for sightseeing and shopping in Cologne. Explore the Dutch heritage at the ZaanseSchans* open air museum and witness clogs or wooden shoes being made. Head to Amsterdam and visit the Dam Square and many of its other unique attractions such as the Royal Palace and a diamond factory. In Brussels you’ll see the Grand Place and the legendary MannekenPis statue. Your last two days of this exciting tour will be spent in the City of Light: Paris, exploring their historical and iconic buildings, culture and lifestyle including Place de la Concorde, Champs Élysées, and the opulent Palace of Versailles .On Friday your Parisian experience begins with a visit to the Louvre, with the rest of the afternoon free at leisure, you can choose to either shop at the legendary department stores Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, or make your own arrangements to visit and ascent to the top floor of the Eiffel Tower for unbeatable views over the city, a truly magical and unforgettable experience to end your tour.

Itinerary

 

Day 1: Paris –Welcome to the amazing romatic city Paris. On arrival in Paris  CDG airport, you will be welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your hotel in Paris central.
Overnight in Paris.

Day 2: Paris – Reims – Luxembourg. After a delicious continental breakfast you will be picked from your hotel lobby  at 8-8.15 in the morning and transferred to a AC coach.  Enjoy France’s Champagne region of Reims, see the city’s historic cathedral. Your next destination is the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, highlights include the Pont Adolphe and Place de Constitution.
Overnight in Luxembourg or nearby city.
Meal : Continental Buffet Breakfast

 Day 3: Luxembourg – Trier – Koblenz – Today after a delicious continental breakfast we leave Luxembourg behind and head across another European border into Germany. The first stop is historic Trier, Germany’s oldest city and the birthplace of Karl Marx. You’ll have the chance to see from the outside the house where the influential philosopher was born, which now functions as the Karl Marx Haus museum.
Your walking tour then takes you into the centre of Trier; here you can look around the city’s impressive cathedral, where the celebrated Holy Robe – said to be the tunic of Christ – is preserved and occasionally displayed. Trier is also known as ‘The Second Rome’ (Constantine served as an administrator here for 10 years), and significant legacies of the once-great empire remain today. The highlight is undoubtedly Porta Nigra, the best-preserved Roman city gate north of the Alps, which you’ll get to see and photograph.
After an exciting morning in Trier, you’ll drive on to Koblenz, famous as the location of the confluence of the Rhine and Mosel rivers. Here you have the option of indulging in a relaxing lunch alongside the water, and then afterwards you can also choose to add on a scenic Rhine boat cruise for some memorable city vistas(OPTIONAL). Back on dry land you’ll drive through the wine-making town of Rüdesheim.  Then it’s on to Frankfurt am Main, where you’ll discover the delights of Römerberg, a charming plaza with a distinctive medieval town hall as its centerpiece.

 Day 4: Frankfurt – Bonn – Cologne – Amsterdam  After a delicious continental breakfast you will be picked from your hotel lobby .The morning begins with a leisurely drive north-west from Frankfurt to Bonn, the capital of the former West Germany until reunification. Discover the city’s secrets on an orientation stroll through its streets, walking past highlights such as the Rococo-fronted town hall and Ludwig Van Beethoven Haus, a museum celebrating the life of the much-loved composer.
Then it’s on to Cologne, where you’ll head inside the city’s glorious Gothic Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore Cologne further, to do a spot of local shopping or to simply relax with a suitably refreshing German brew. After lunch the day is rounded off with a drive to the Netherlands.

Day 5: Amsterdam – ZaanseSchans – Amsterdam A day of delights begins with a leisurely trip through the Dutch countryside, where you’ll get to sample at close quarters some of the things that the Netherlands is traditionally famous for: clogs, cheese and windmills. Call in at the hugely popular model town of Zaanse Schans.  Next, you’ll head from the quiet countryside to the cosmopolitan city as your journey takes you back to Amsterdam.
After visiting a well-known diamond factory, where you’ll see the unique cutting techniques that have been practiced here since the 16th century, you can take an optional tour hour-long pre-dinner canal cruise, which is a great way to discover more about this unique European city.
After disembarking you’ll walk to one of the city’s grandest areas, Dam Square, where the Royal Palace is located and the Queen’s birthday celebrations take place. You’ll have photo opportunities here, free time for shopping or further sightseeing, and then round the day off with dinner.

*From mid-March to mid-May the tour will also visit Keukenhof Garden, a 32-hectare seasonal exhibition of beautifully coloured and scented displays of spring flowers – most notably millions of tulips.

Day 6: Amsterdam – Brussels – Paris- After a delicious continental breakfast you will be picked from your hotel lobby .After leaving Amsterdam in the morning you’ll head south across the border into Brussels, the Belgian capital and political centre of the European Union.
On the way, the tour stops to see the distinctive Atomium monument, a cell-shaped structure of stainless steel spheres and tubes built for the 1958 World’s Fair. In the centre of Brussels itself an orientation tour will call in at the exquisite Grand Place, as well as seeing the famous playful Manneken Pis statue. After some free time, during which you can try some gourmandise Belgian delights.  Then from Brussels it’s south again across the French border and on to the bright lights of Paris.

Day 7: Paris – Versailles – Paris is your oyster over the next two days as you enjoy guided tours around one of the world’s most celebrated cities. Your Parisian adventures get off to a spectacular start with a drive along the famous Champs Élysées to the Place de la Concorde which played such a key part in the French Revolution. You’ll also get to see the iconic Arc de Triumph too, the imposing monument that sits near the western end of the avenue and commemorates the fallen of the revolution and Napoleonic wars.
You’ll take in another significant historical building next as you head to L’Hôtel National des Invalides, where Napoleon’s tomb is located, followed by a stop at the most legendary of all Paris’s icons: the Eiffel Tower.  You can either take time to explore the neighbourhood and have some lunch or scale the Eiffel Tower. Choice is yours.
Finally, you’ll travel on the coach out through the Parisian suburbs to the splendid Palace of Versailles, the vast regal château that was the residence of the royal family until the start of the revolution in 1789. Today the palace is another popular Parisian attraction.
In the evening, you can enjoy Paris evening shows. (Optional)

 Day 8: Paris The second day of your Parisian experience begins with a visit to the Louvre, one of the world’s greatest art museums. Here you’ll set your eyes upon some of history’s most famous masterpieces, including the Venus de Milo, Winged Victory of Samothrace (also called Nike of Samothrace), and Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa. Opt for a guided gallery tour, which will enhance your experience and allow you to browse through hundreds of works in just a few hours. You can then take a leisurely cruise along the river Seine, a great sightseeing option that offers splendid views of iconic Parisian landmarks, including Notre-Dame Cathedral and Pont Alexandre III.
After an exhilarating morning of walking the gallery corridors, replenish your energy levels with lunch in the museum before heading to the area surrounding the Palais Garnier, Paris’s Opera House. Afterwards, you have an option of having a French 4 course Dinner and Show experience or spend time shopping at the legendary department stores Galleries Lafayette.

Day 9 : Today, you will be transferred to the airport in Paris CDG from your hotel  for your flight back to home with some sweet memory. We trust that you enjoyed your Vacation. Tour concludes. Thanks you for your patronage.

  • Cost of US $ 2,50,000 granted by the Reserve Bank of India under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme.

  • Baggage handling fee charged by the operating airline for the excess check-in baggage.

You must be in possession of Schengen Multiple Entry visa. The cost of this visa is included in the main tour price. It is mandatory to process the visa through us. A personal appearance for finger printing will be required at certain consulates. Visa fees are subject to revision by the consulates from time to time. In such a case additional charges may be applicable.

  • Passport must be valid for minimum period of 6 months from date of return.
  • Scanned copy of passport is not valid for processing the visa.
  • Covering Letter on plain paper for employee or on business letterhead for self employed / businessman (should be addressed to the concerned Consulate General).
  • 2 photographs (size 3.5cm X 4.5cm white background face area should be 70 to 80% visibility. Should not be older than 6 months).
  • Visa application form duly filled and signed.
  • Employment proof (Leave Sanctioned Letter from company for salaried person).
  • Salary slip for 6 months.
  • Personal Income tax papers for last 3 year / business IT Returns for last 3 years / Form No. 16 (as per applicability).
  • Updated bank statement for last 6 months with seal and signature Business Registration Proof (License Copy / Memorandum of Articles / Directorship Proof).
  • Marriage certificate copy if name is not mentioned in either passport of couple / Wedding Card with marriage photographs.
  • Engagement photographs and wedding card for engaged individuals.
  • Other financial paper if any – like – FD/NSC/Mutual Funds/Share Certificate etc.
  • If student, then School/College bonafide certificate required.
  • Affidavit/NOC from both the parents on Rs.100 stamp paper with notarized if child traveling alone or without parents and below 18 years age. Also parent’s passport copy is required for signature verification.
  • Overseas Mediclaim Policy as per Schengen duration (Except Spain Consulate required policy Valid for at least 15 days from the date of return to India).

Terms and Conditions

  • For two or more families travelling together rooms cannot be guaranteed side by side or on the same floor as room share allotted depending upon check out of guests.
  • Any meals en route will be provided at the best possible local restaurant will be vegetarian/Non-vegetarian.(If mentioned in the itinerary).
  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
  • Hullor Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Mature events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels /flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo Id.
  • Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as well as an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming your booking. However, if you would like to get in touch with us please call us on registered number. We are open from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm, seven days a week
  • Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost)
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included
  • In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Hullor Tours & Travels shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
  • If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Hullor Tours & Travels  reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.

 FLIGHTS

  • The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Hullor Tours & Travels will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
  • Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination. Our Travel Expert will attempt to get in touch with you within 24-hours after the booking has been confirmed for baggage addition
  • Please ensure that baggage requirements are given to our Travel Expert latest by 15 days before the date of departure

 HOTEL

  • There will be no refund underutilized services.
  • Per person prices are quoted on twin-share basis (2 persons sharing a room).
  • Maximum of 2 adults + 02 Child are allowed in one room.
  • The third adult of the room shall be provided as per requirement.
  • Incase of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in hotel of similar standard.
  • Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies
  • Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy

Sightseeing Activities/Transfers

  • Please note that ‘Day at Leisure’ essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
  • Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule
